Each session includes:

      Gross Motor Skills – fitness activities combined with rhythm, balance, and agility exercises
      Individual Ball Technique – creative dribbling, passing/receiving, shielding, shooting
      Positioning – offensive and defensive
      Brain Games – activities which get them thinking one or two steps ahead of the current play
      Small Sided Games – situational play in a grid designed to deliver a desired outcome
      Scrimmage – to have FUN and try newly-learned skills!
